This hotel has its unique design and is full of its own friendly culture. It is a little bit far from the downtown area but because of that it is located in a quite environment. I can see the staff members tried their best to serve and they should be recognized.

一不当心选了千岛湖当地最贵的酒店，hotel karen 迄今为止住过服务最贴心，最有特色的精品五星酒店，外观像个碉堡或是厂房，还有一扇像似生了锈的铁门，私密性极高，尽显低调奢华。整个酒店拥有环保理念，有自己养植的蔬菜和禽类，夏天可以上岛上采摘，临走还能带上一篮。全程管家式服务，现场摆放刚消过毒的杯具和洗漱用品。整个酒店大多都使用了木质材料，连牙刷都是木质的，化妆包都是牛皮纸做的，每年都使用最好的植物木腊油做养护。环保理念无处不在，服务细致到位，希望明年尽快实现网红酒店的目标和无人机送餐的这块项目
