"The bathroom hat had a little spilled soap in the tub that I had to clean. Beneath the bed, there were large wood splinter pieces They required that I provide a physical credit card as opposed to a digital card in case of overages, which was inconvenient since I’m mostly digital. I checked in very late, but they could only accommodate me for 30 minutes over checkout time. Not the best value for the buck. I’ll tell more like a 2 1/2 to 2 star."

"Clean room? Well the bed was made everyday and the dirty towels were removed and replaced with clean ones, but I had cut my hair a little when I was styling it and the hairs laid in the sink for 2 days. And the area around the sink was tacky from hairspray and that was never washed off. The staff were wonderful, very pleasant. I only had breakfast today. Got the savory one and it was very good. I loved the atmosphere inside the hotel, very calm and peaceful, and loved the location. so much to see just walking down Delaware Ave. Would definitely return."
