"Overall is good but need to improve on check in process. Already done the pre-registration bug still need to key in the same information one by one for different person, snap a photo one by one, then continue by video call with customer service, very time consuming. The property itself is nice and great view direct facing the Fujisan. We enjoy the BBQ on the balcony and jacuzzi inside the villa. "

"I booked 3 days to stay in this property. We decided on the first day that it is not for us and refunded the last day. "we would prefer to have been able to communicate with any staff or owner prior to getting there. the house was beautiful, complete kitchen. very clean. the rooms were enough for us. the living room was a plus, allowed us to talk and bond, better if there were two showers, one shower for a family of 9 was rather difficult."

"A beautiful properly. We had a room with an onsen on our deck, it was supposed to have a lakeview but trees are all grown in and blocking.
