"Jacob was very helpful and easy to work with. He gave recommendations from food to eat and places to go. The place was clean and right outside is a 7-11 with an ATM. Station is about 7 minute from the stay. 10/10 would stay again! "

"東京に住んでいる親戚と会うために利用しました。かなり良かったので、次回東京に行く際はまた利用したいと思いました。 ●外見は古いですが、中はリフォームしてあるのでキレイです。 ●施設前の道が意外と広く、人の乗り降り、荷おろしも余裕をもてた ●ウェルカムギフトがたくさん！こどもたちと喜ぶお菓子と、大人が喜ぶドリンク(アルコール)まで！ ●バスタオルも小さいタオルもたくさん置いてあるので安心 ●調理器具や食器も豊富にそろえてある ※京王線の近くで、電車の音が気になりました。が耳栓も置いてあり対策済でした。宿泊者とオーナーのやり取りするノートが置いてあり、宿泊者のメッセージにオーナーさんがちゃんと返信しており、オーナーさんへの信頼感が上がりました。 1泊だけでしたがとても気持ち良く利用させていただきました。ありがとうございました！"

"とても安いのにお部屋なのにとても綺麗でダブルベッドが4つとキッチン、中サイズの冷蔵庫付きで、とっても良かったです。シャワーは笑えるくらい超狭かったですが、180㎝の旦那も入れました（笑）ただ、写真ではタオルが用意されていたのですが、当日は無かったので、持ち合わせていたハンドタオルで何とか拭きました。ロックボックスの連絡を３日前には入れて頂けたら安心できたと思います。東京に行く時は次回も予約しようと思います！！　ありがとうございました。"

"気楽に利用できてよかった。室内は清潔で、冷蔵庫や洗濯機、電子レンジ、電気ケトルもあり、コップやお皿、調理器具も揃っているので、今度は、長期滞在にてお願いしようかと思ってます。ただ、エレベーターがないので、足の不自由な方やご高齢の方は不向きかなとは思いました。"

Since bedrooms were on the top floor and bathroom/living room were on the middle floor, I was a bit worried about the narrow stairwell for my dad. Other than that, the place was clean, convenient, quiet, and great for our stay in Japan. "
