"This property didn’t have any heat, we were graciously moved to another villa that had heaters. But after 6 nights, only one night was with hot water and heat. We were constantly fixing the water heater but never enough to heat the villa or take a bath. The manager was very respectful and tried to accommodate, brought portable heaters, but the water heater just wasn’t having it. He even offered to send us to the hotel, but the villa was gorgeous and accommodating for family in and out all day....

"Lovely boutique hotel right on the sea near Sidi Bou Said and Carthage. Beautifully decorated, secure, and quiet. Breakfast was delicious with eggs, pastries, yogurt, fruit, and local delicacies. Sana and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn't use the pool but it looked wonderful. My room looked right out at the sea. Perfect. Hint: Use local app Indrive (like UBER) to save on taxis."

"The property was beautiful. The food was amazing, but the staff, they were so incredible. I have never been to a hotel where the staff greeted me with so much sincerity and kindness. They went above and beyond at every turn to make sure our stay was special. We came for a wedding, and got back to the hotel at 4a. The staff, after seeing how late we got in, made sure that the kitchen stayed open until we woke up so that we could have breakfast. Every time we saw C, the smile that she greeted us...

"Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Amal im Dar Souad empfangen. Wir waren vor 14 Uhr, also Check In zeit da, konnten aber trotzdem schon früher auf unser Zimmer. Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Das Bett sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Das Guesthouse war sehr sauber. Das einzige was zu bemängeln wäre, ist der Pool. Dieser war nicht wirklich ein Pool. Das sollte man in der Beschreibung eventuell mal ändern. Das ist aber auch das einzige. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Eine warme und herzliche...
