"Booked a junior suite for my son and his girlfriend as a treat on Christmas Day as they were visiting from another city. They loved the room and the breakfast too! They sent me videos of both, and the room looked clean and fresh and the breakfast was Full English and eggs Benedict with cups of tea in cute teacups. You drive through a park to get to this hotel. "The staff were all friendly and accommodating.
Rooms were clean and spacious. The only problem with the room was the carpet needed updating.
The leisure facilities were good and we loved the hot tub.

"Nice welcoming spa/hotel. Room large with plenty of space and amenities. Use of spa ( not treatments) was a welcome bonus, but you need to be out by 10 am and return after 5pm if you are there for a few days if you have the bed and breakfast package only. If you want to stay all day it will cost £70 including a 3 course dinner. Will stay again in the future 😉"

"Needed to add an extra night due to one of my siblings being end of life. The lady on reception was so kind to find me a good rate and stay in the same room. This is why I choose to stay at the Gresham every time I need to visit my family. I can’t fault the place in the least. Will keep coming back whenever I am able. "
