The front counter person gave me the house rules including no guests ,couldn’t watch the Blue Jay game or much anything else , cable tv said “One moment please” which means the signal isn’t strong enough for the box to pull in a signal. I explained it to the front counter the next morning, but they fluffed it off. Check your tv when you get to your room. (Incidentally, I went down to the office that same evening also and told the front desk , their response was “Take it up with management in the morning “ she said with her back to me. Not good customer service.you get what you pay for.
