Really enjoyed my stay here- the staff was very helpful and welcoming. Room was really clean. Gym was well equipped and conveniently open 24 hours. And the location was great- could easily walk to lots of restaurants and transportation was close by. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a stay for a visit in Hamburg city, weekendstay. 2 adults, 2 kids (3/5 year). walking vicinity to city, and train. Parking in underground parking not included. Very good service and facilities. Fitness and sauna. Breakfast is very good. Service amazing.

From the moment I checked in, and found I had left my mobile in the taxi, the staff were wonderful. The hotel is in a quiet area (I stayed over the weekend) but within walking distance of Hamburg’s wonderful public transport system and close to the Rathaus (15 minutes walk). Breakfast (included) was good, varied and catered to most tastes - not sure about the organic cornflakes though. As I travelled by myself, I would have liked an evening food option at the hotel but plenty of alternatives nearby. I elected for a late check out - 4pm - which was a very reasonable €20.
