Above all this is a good-value hotel. It worked out much cheaper than staying in central Hamburg. It’s just a few minutes from the S-Bahn and U-Bahn into town and to the airport. The hotel was quiet, clean and everything worked. The staff were cheerful and friendly. I’d have no hesitation in staying here again

The room was great and staff friendly. But honest review: 1)I didn’t like the room number and door code on the same piece of paper. If I lose that, anyone that finds it and means unwell, knows exactly where to go. 2) Lobby and elevator smelled like fresh cigarette smoke. Not cool as we walked in with little kids Otherwise the area is great, lots to do and easy public transport

Erittäin siisti ja hyvä perhehuone, jossa oli tehokas ilmastointi. Helppo saavuttaa julkisella liikenteellä keskustasta, ja ruokakauppakin on heti kadun toisella puolella. Junan myöhästymisen takia kirjauduimme sisään vasta yhden jälkeen yöllä, mutta kaikki sujui ongelmitta. Hotels.comin kuvat vastasivat hyvin todellisuutta.

Leider war ein Vorhang zur Hälfte abgehängt. An der Decke waren Spinnweben. Im Bad waren 2 Ecken an der Glastür nicht gut geputzt . Die Dusche selbst war sauber. Am Sa war mein Zimmer nicht gemacht - weder Bett gemacht noch der Mülleimer geleert. Gut ist die Matratze und das Bett. Insgesamt mit dem Frühstück eine gute Unterkunft mit guter S- und U-Bahn-Anbindung.
