Quite a lot of road traffic noise through the night. An excellent member of the Reception staff helped me with local travel arrangements and train routes which I was very grateful for. Thank you

This hotel feels more like a hostel. The rooms are very small, with hardly any place to stow away your luggage, let alone to open them (other than on the bed!). There are hardly any hanger for wet towels and the bathroom is so small and closed that tyhey would not be able to dry anyway. Breakfast at about 14 Euros was, however, quite good.

Simple and fine.

Single night. Quiet, comfortable, clean. Receptionist available day and night. No fuss. Very friendly. Breakfast basic but very good.

Would stay here again if we need a place to sleep in Hamburg and are just passing by. Chose this hotel as it was more reasonable than hotels closer to downtown and we only needed a clean bed and a shower in safe surroundings before continuing our travels. Bus departing right outside the hotel towards the airport where we had our car parked in P11. We were are family of four that shared a room. We all had backpacks. If you all have medium to large suitcases the room might feel a little small. Parking seemed full, so might want to call ahead if arriving by car where one can park if the lot is full.

Practical choice for Hamburg Visit

Room was small, but cleverly designed to make the most of it, and at a reasonable price. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Front desk clerk was quite personable and helpful. Room service came every day and did a good job. There are several good restaurants as well as a Aldi grocery store close by. Downtown (St. Pauli docks, eg) Hamburg is a straight shot on the subway, which is an easy two block walk away. Free parking. Breakfast was average for 10 euros or so per person.

Efficient accommodations for our quick stay

Our experience was generally good. The guy at the front desk came to open the door as we walked up, which was a nice welcoming touch. However, the room was too warm to sleep in, despite being the first of January. We turned the heat down as low as it would go (from 20 C to 17 C) and opened the window wide open for about 15 minutes to cool off the room...but then had to repeat this again at 2am and 5am, seemingly because there was so much residual heat in the walls that continued to re-warm the room as we slept. The result was the 2nd-worst night of sleep in our 3-week trip across Europe.

Familienzimmer mit 4 echten Betten (keine Schlafcouch!), was inzwischen nicht leicht zu finden ist. Sauber, unkompliziert, gutes parken, alles zu akzeptablen Preisen. Straße ist zwar laut aber bei geschlossenem Fenster hört man kaum etwas. Frühstück ok auch Preis. Keine riesige Auswahl aber alles frisch und reichlich da.

Alles war wirklich super. Das Frühstück war allerdings ein Reinfall. Die gekochten Bio Eier waren wohl etwas überlagert. Nach dem schälen lag ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch im Raum. Zur Farbe des Eis möchte ich mich nicht äußern. Der Rest war okay wenn auch etwas konfuse Reihenfolge der angebotenen Sachen. Die Brötchen waren nicht mein Fall, da gibt’s bessere vom Discounter. Fazit: Hotel ist empfehlenswert, das Frühstück ist beim Bäcker an der ecke besser.
