Best hotel that I have ever stayed in in Hamburg. Location, layout, cleanliness, design - all top notch. Compared to the average American hotel room the size of the rooms might be a tick small, but they make up for it in every other category. Whenever I come back to Hamburg I won't stay anywhere else.

My room was spotless, comfortable and well designed. The staff is what really made our stay special. We were greeted with personal attention and smiles and they made us feel warm and accommodated. Especially the young black man at the front desk, quiet and professional yet warm and on task.

Great hotel in the heart of Hamburg !

Excellent Hotel located right in the heart of Hamburg. Super clean, they have excellent parking, staff are friendly. The washroom is nice, great shower. Lots of cafes, restaurants nearby.

A nice hotel, location excellent. A large new mall and shopping center very close by. Very friendly service. Sauna department with the Finnish sauna very cool, however the gym had only a very limited number of equipment. Comfort room facing the water was quiet and well worth the extra cost.

The room was nice and comfortable, but the abcense of a door in a bathroom was a little bit strange. The staff was very nice and helpful. We had a small issue in our bathroom and they solved quickly. The breakfast was reach and fresh.

Loved the historic area!! So close to all the sights! The lady that welcomed us was great!! Although when asked, one staff lady told us there was no Bolt service in Germany and she would call us a taxi. We had been using Bolt in Germany for two weeks, and even Hamburg had the service. Did not have the breakfast so NA. Cleanliness was great but some shower tiles had mold that concerned me. Overall I loved the stay and would definitely recommend the hotel!!

Great stay.

Location great, right on waterways beautiful setting. Walk into main city centre not far, hop on hop off bus tour on other side of road. Lots of restaurants near by to eat. Hotel staff v friendly and helpful. Room overlooking waterways was superb. Recommend a stay here.
