The location can’t be better, in the middle of the Sablon neighborhood .Walking distance to the Grand Place and also the Brussels Central Station. Breakfast is delicious and has a lot of options. "The hotel is well presented, clean and spacious with plenty of amenities and services available to guests. Things not normally offered at hotels such as a games room, a bar with a shop, nespresso machines in the rooms etc. Even a gym and sauna. My only issues were that despite the later checkout than most hotels, housekeeping still came in without warning 2 hours before we were required to checkout. Also, the hotel is large and while there are 4 main lifts, they are tiny and so it takes a while...

"Abbiamo soggiornato qui 5 giorni, la camera era bella spaziosa, accogliente e moderna l’unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è che nel corso del soggiorno nessuno è venuto a fare le pulizie, sicuramente un po’ di pulizia in più sarebbe stata d’obbligo. L’hotel si trova a 50 min a piedi dal centro però è facilmente raggiungibile anche con il bus che si ferma vicino alla struttura. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene apparte la pulizia :)"

"The bed in room is too small and it is not comfortable. The room size is large enough for two person. The street noise level is very high until mid-night. The sink drain flow extremely slow, the cleaning person didn't do a thorough job while preparing the room."
