"Superb"

"Good location, right next to the stadium. But had a bad experience, at 7:50 am got woken up by the room service trying to get into my room and knocking repeatedly at the door even after stating there was people sleeping the room."

"Staying after World Cup, it was 500 dollars a night. No problem. The air was blowing hot air, it was miserable. Reported the problem was told no one was available to work on it…. I said I won’t be able to sleep. I’m sorry I will add points. After I couldn’t take it anymore I said I need my money back it won’t give me another room. This is 1030 pm fyi. Finally get in new room. Horrible."

"Picked the accommodation because it was a 15 minute walk to the Gillette Stadium which was excellent. However, I also picked it because there was a bar and food which was sadly not open the night before the England match - very disappointing. I was also promised extra blankets because it was cold in room. These were promised but sadly never arrived. However, I would stay there again."

"We drove from Toronto to watch the England vs Ghana game. The hotel was fairly close to gilette stadium. Staff were friendly,curtious and the breakfst buffet was excellent."

"Room was clean. One of the towels was dirty but overall everything else was clean. It was hard opening the balcony door took some time to get it open."

"The bathroom was dirty, and the customer service was very disappointing. The person at the front desk was disrespectful, the phone in the room didn’t work had a negative attitude, and seemed annoyed that we arrived early. There was no greeting or welcoming attitude. Every request was met with resistance, and he repeatedly said he couldn’t help us without offering any alternatives. He came across as argumentative and unprofessional throughout the interaction. What made the experience even more...

"Excellent!"

"The bed was very comfortable. I never figured out how to operate the air conditioner unit but the room was cool enough. The small refrigerator had a large block of ice in the freezer area...I told one of the counter men about it but since I had the do not disturb sign up they could not deal with it...not their fault. Bathroom was fine. The countermen were all exceptionally friendly and kind especially Quinn. If I have to come to Plainville again, I will seek to stay here."

"Good basic breakfast. Wish they had a waffle machine. Bartender was awesome. Quiet and clean. "

"The bed had a dip in the mattress on one side that felt like it compressed to the box spring."
