"The staff was very sweet but did feel I may have been a bit of a bother when I called front desk at night. The rooms were renovated but not completely, a bit of a miss matched between room and bathroom. The bathroom was a little on the gross side, towel hanger was missing and only showed nails. Front area needs a renovation, I am sure the employees would appreciate it. I missed breakfast but the area they had it in was super clean and they look to have loads of offerings. "My booking was relocated to another hotel. The staff was adversarial, unhelpful, and tried on multiple occasions to move us to a worse room than promised. We were put in smoking rooms when we specifically purchased and specified non-smoking. The rooms were awful, smelled awful, and the breakfast was very unsanitary. I would recommend this place to no one and it was only marginally better than sleeping in our car which is what we ended up doing the next night. "
