"Didn’t really feel like a spa hotel. Yes they have hot baths, but most people from the uk won’t want to go in naked. We used the bath on the balcony which was nice. Apparently there are massage chairs in the spa area. "

"Fabulous beautiful location by the lake, convenient to public transport and easy views of Mount Fuji. "I really loved this hotel. There are 2 onsen - one indoor (which I found a bit hot) and on outdoor, which was the perfect temperature and which I loved.
