A good stay can be ruined by unimaginative people who behave loud after 10 PM. Such were my neighbours at my floor last night. Hakone Kowakien TEN-YU
The TEN-YU was an exceptional experience. The staff recieve you as if you just arrived home. The whole ambience is of relaxation and de stressing. Awesome hotel! The whole hotel is so beautiful, and all of the staff was so friendly and helpful. We loved that there were restaurants and the onsen and spa on site so we were able to relax without even leaving the property if we wanted.
