Overall, this place was accessible, easy enough to find with a parking garage BEHIND the hotel. Note this if you are driving as otherwise you will need to circle the block to get to parking. The only reason for 1 star off is that we could not get the AC to work in our room despite using translation and thus the room was constantly stuffy.

We loved the location, a tram stop right in front of the hotel and a Family Mart attached. Less than 10 minutes to Goryokaku Tower/park. The laundry onsite was reasonably affordable. The room was relatively large as well as the bathroom, and the pajamas they provided were our most comfortable that we slept in in Japan. However, the lobby reeks of cigarette smoke as we did not know that was their smoking area and often fills into the elevator. Also, we skipped on their breakfast buffet as it seemed high priced for what was available.

今回は2度目の宿泊。駐車場の従業員さんにも覚えて居たらいて嬉しかったです。何よりも前回にはなかったのに、子供へのアニメティあったので、嬉しかったです。今回の部屋は五稜郭が部屋から見えて素敵でした。朝食ありのプランには今回はしてなかったので、部屋の中でチェックアウト時間までまったりさせて頂きました。次回また行くことがあればまた泊まりたいです。

家族４人で宿泊でした。 添い寝２人、チェックインの際に朝食が大人しか付いていない事には触れず、添い寝２人分は翌朝の朝食の時に知りました。 勿論、追加して頂きましたがチェックインの際に確認して頂けると良いかなと思います。

ベッドはとても快適で、枕も2つセットされていて寝心地が良かったです。 バスルームは少し匂いが気になりましたが、キレイでした。

2回目の宿泊でしたが良かったです。 前回同様同様大人２人、子供（小学生）１人でしたが、今回はベットを1つプラスされてたのがとても有り難かったです。 子供も快適だったようで喜んでいました。 また利用したいと思います。

今回は旅行で使用させて頂きました。 家族4人（子供小さい）ですが非常に綺麗で 清潔です。また子供用のアメニティが可愛く 大変喜んでいました。 また利用させて頂きます！！

大浴場はないが、ユニットバスはある。 キレイで清潔感あり。 ほぼほぼ直結でコンビニ(ファミマ)があり、 買い物に便利。 函館の五稜郭中心地にあり、 バス、電車から近く、 タクシーもつかまえやすい。 コインランドリーは6階にあるが、 ドラム式の全自動タイプのものが3台しかないので、時間帯のタイミングでは使えないかも。 今回は図らずも14階最上階であり、 五稜郭タワービューがよかった。

電車の停留所に近く、五稜郭も遠くないので、函館駅からは少し距離がありますが、割と便利でした。部屋もきれいでした。近くに居酒屋以外の食事処が多いとなおよいと思いました。
