M Nice staff, clean room. Only issue was room was cold and cannot be changed in room. The staff eventually gave us a heater, which solved the issue

The Hotel is a little way out of Hailsham, being on the A22 meant it was very easy to go out and about from there. We also visited the Devonshire Park Theatre in Eastbourne which was excellent and had a fabulous day at Brighton Races.
