"Ac was not working in our room. Front desk said they would send a technician but they never did. Other than that the facility was okay! I wouldn’t say it should be a 5 start I would give it a 4 or 3 star. Breakfast had some weird selections, wasn’t very edible."

"They didn't accept our online book and they made us to pay again in cash that night. They didn't help us in any way to find a solution and when we asked for other informations about the city they were not helpful at all."
