"Was a hassle to get the shuttle. Told to watch for certain vehicle at a certain spot and that was not what showed up!!! When arrived at hotel, did not receive room we booked and there was no other available room for us. Kids had to sleep on cot and floor!!!! Terrible! Staff were pleasant though and did their job. "

"Breakfast was good, the lady at the breakfast counter cleaning up was very nice always saying good morning to everyone. Only issue I had was the morning manager was rude to his front counter help. She would be doing something and the phone would ring he would yell to her saying grab the phone and he could of grabbed it."

"The property assure me a refund I arrived to the property at 12:30. I did call ahead of time after my flight was delayed from Charlotte advising of my approximate time of arrival; there was no concern raised. Upon arrival, I took note that we were waiting very long while the front desk kept running back and forth from the desk to room as he check on something. He seemed very nervous as he made text by phone awaiting a response. This caused an accumulation of customers behind us in line, not...

"Room was ok. Breakfast was ok, nothing great. We have stayed here before and the property has definitely gone a bit downhill. We had a scary experience with another guest who was walking with FOUR dogs, leashed, coming towards us in a narrow hallway. One small dog lunged at my husband and the Rottweiler started towards him. The woman held on but barely. This could have been a disaster ending in a serious injury. We reported to the front desk and they were not aware that the guests had the dogs....

"The room smell really bad and the A/C needs some attention as well as the restroom. I will not return at this location."

"The property was beautiful, convenient to so many stores, restaurants and I10. The staff was wonderful to work with and bent over backwards to help my family with some confusion with the 3 reservations we made. The room was nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The only negative would be that I felt the shower was not cleaned thoroughly .. but it wasn’t filthy. "
