"Dès l'entrée dans l'hôtel on est sous le charme de la décoration, du professionnalisme et de la gentillesse du personnel.
La grande chambre était propre et confortable avec une vue incroyable sur les montagnes !
Le repas du soir et du matin : un vrai délice avec beaucoup de choix gourmands !
Et pour finir la matinée au spa avec la piscine intérieure, les soins prodigues avec justesse sont le gros bonus et notre coup de coeur du lieu !

"The checkin counter staff at night are not hospitable. There was mold on the chalk in the shower. The carpet and sofa had stains. The soap dispenser in the washroom was empty. The checkin staff at night need to be retrained on how to address clients and be more kind."

"I will 100% stay here when I come back. The palace is CLEAN, QUIET, and BEAUTIFUL. The entire hotel was architecturally beautiful and clean. I was one of a few guests at the hotel and felt/was treated like royalty. The owner is a wonderful, kind, and helpful woman.
The hotel offers a free boat to cross to the east bank which was a blessing. With the hotel being on the West Bank, there is little noise at night meaning you can hear all the sounds the Nile has to offer.
