The location on JBR is ok, but it is at the very end and traffic is horrible. The apartment is filthy. Floors are dirty, walls are full of scratches and visible signs of dirt, showers are full of mold, living room patio was not accessible because the door was not opening (several contractors came and checked...

"Very disappointing experience When we arrived, we found out it’s a shared room — which was not clearly mentioned in the listing. The place is mixed with men and women, which made us uncomfortable. The air conditioning doesn’t work, and it’s extremely hot (especially in Dubai). The owner and management were unhelpful and didn’t try to fix anything. Definitely not worth it — I don’t recommend this place at all."
