The hotel itself is nice and has several positive aspects. All staff members were very friendly and polite, which I really appreciated. The location is excellent, directly on the beach, and the breakfast buffet was large, varied, and offered many options. The rooms were bright, spacious, and had a beautiful view, which made the stay pleasant.
However, the biggest downside of this hotel is the constant waiting. Everything seemed to involve waiting, which made the stay quite exhausting rather than relaxing. To start with, I had to wait three days to receive my change from the reception. I had to go there every single day and ask again before I finally got it.
The elevators were an absolute nightmare. For such a large hotel, having only three small elevators is completely insufficient. Several times I had to wait up to 20 minutes with a stroller just to get into one. Many other guests were clearly very frustrated by this as well.
There was also a lot of waiting during breakfast. If you wanted to order eggs, the waiting time could be up to 20 minutes. Overall, it felt like everywhere you went, you were just waiting.
Another disappointment was the beach setup. Although the hotel is directly on the beach and advertises a beach view, there are no free sunbeds available.You have to pay €60 per day for a beach lounger, which is extremely expensive. For a beachfront hotel, I would expect sunbeds to be included.
Overall,the hotel was okay, but not truly relaxing due to the constant wait
