"We stayed at this property while in town for a wedding in Skaneateles and it worked out perfectly. The owners were very nice and you could tell they do want people to enjoy their stay in the area. Our room did get a little hot in the evening and I wish the pillows and beds were a bit more comfortable. The shower handle was a bit hard to get adjusted to a comfortable temperature. There is easy access to a small shopping mall area nearby for more chain-type restaurants but also be sure to check...

"Clean room and easy free parking. Comfortable mod lobby area and breakfast spot. Ok breakfast if you want something basic. Small but adequate gym area and nice indoor basketball court. Very comfortable stay. This is a great go to place for us when visiting our son at Syracuse University."

"Rented 3 rooms, Met the owner, very nice. room was clean but very dated. Bathroom and showers are very small, unfortunately room 8 blasted the TV through the very thin walls. Thought havving the AC continously running would overwhelm it but had to bang on the wall at 4am to get some peace and sleep. Definitely overpriced, hopefully the owner will read this and implement some much needed improvements."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good for the price: they had breakfast sandwiches that could be heated up in the microwave and a machine to make your own waffles. Coffee and juice were good. The facility and rooms were well cleaned but there is an HVAC/ ventilation issue. The main issue that we would want addressed before staying again is that the rooms do not smell fresh-- windows cannot be opened and the rooms smell musty and like mildew. This was a beautiful hotel probably...

"This is like a halfway house for unhoused that the state pays to stay here. Drug deals going down in the hallways, staff actually had a ankle monitor with a bandana to cover it. Forget the breakfast, 2 tables and sketchy items. Coffee and go. Will definitely not stay there again"
