However, we went on to have our mediocre tour (our guide was very nice!) and after we were brought back to a camp that wasn’t at all what was advertised and we were literally the only ones staying there. "Atallah didn't know or forgot he had a reservation. A few different guides and accommodations' people called Atallah for me (closed/no answer) or commented that Atallah didn't have any reservations. Seems like they all know each other; and 'Atallah" is a common name. But, it came down to me leaving Wadi Rum for Aqaba instead."

When we checked in, the room was far too warm to stay in. It took a full 4 hours to cool down to a comfortable level.
