"Our room was cleaned twice a day. Staff was always nice and friendly. The resort is quiet, well maintained, and lovely with an open beach to watch sunsets. Buffet breakfast offer lots of options including native food dishes and an omelette station every morning. There is also a swimming up bar at the pool that serve good cocktail drinks. I would stay there again."

"We booked two rooms for 1 night as we have an excursion the next day. We booked mainly because the reviews were good and they had airport transportation to give us the ease of getting to the hotel. However, even after confirming time and flight information and us giving them notification when we landed and they confirmed someone’s waiting for us at the airport no one came. "The rooms are nice and the hotel is located at the main street of Labuan Bajo with plenty of restaurants and dive centres nearby. The pool on the roof has a beautiful sunset view and it’s nice and comfortable up there. The included breakfast is good and served wherever you want (eg pool, room, takeaway). Although my room was not on the side of the street, it was still very noisy and the curtains let through a good amount of light, hence I wouldn’t recommend for light sleepers. I had a good stay...

"The property itself is fine within expectations the staff was friendly and helpful. The area is pretty remote though and if you fly in late, getting food is not an option, nor is getting transportation. But I was able to use Grab Food to get meals delivered to me. It's a good place if you're in for a short stay to do a day trip to Komodo."

"Pros: helpful and nice staff, clean bedroom and bathroom. Cons: absolute lack of maintenance, the hotel was build few years ago and since then there was no maintenance at all. Paint is peeling of the walls and ceiling, gardens without flowers, common areas look like construction yard, there is no space to hang around, sit together, etc. Fotos has been taken in the time the hotel was opened. Now it looks much different."

"A cozy, family style homestay that is super close to the airport, less than a 10 minutes walk! However, please note that there’s a steep hill from the main road to the house. If you have big suitcases, I highly recommend taking a taxi. Overall a great stay!"

"Hotel is very well located and room was very good too. But the check-in process was weird. We booked for 2 adults and 2 kids and here on hotels.com it is written sleeps 4. As soon as we arrived they wanted to charge extra for making up the sofa bed and give towels to the kids. Nowhere in the site it is written this extra tax exists. So it was very weird. We open the chat with hotels.com and they couldn’t comunicate with hotel and our kids slept without linen and cover because we refused to pay...
