"My rating of 5 stars based on knowing I was getting what I was booking. I was flying early the next morning and wanted a stay that was cheap and included breakfast and shuttle to the airport. "The property itself is fine within expectations the staff was friendly and helpful. The area is pretty remote though and if you fly in late, getting food is not an option, nor is getting transportation. But I was able to use Grab Food to get meals delivered to me. It's a good place if you're in for a short stay to do a day trip to Komodo."

"The hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming, smiling and always helpful throughout the stay. The facilities were clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the pool bar, which had a beautiful panoramic view and a relaxing atmosphere. However, the bathroom water was not hot enough, and the water drainage system was quite slow, which could be improved. Overall, we still had a pleasant experience."

"We've been very impressed with this place so far. The main downside is that it's a good ways outside of downtown Labuan Bajo, but honestly, that's not necessarily a bad thing. It's still a short drive or Grab ride into town and they offered pick up and drop off to the property included. The villa itself is beautiful. "Basic room, nice staffs and good location. But. They allow smokers to smoke on the top floor patio which causes the entire building to smell like cigs. Even during the Breakfast hours, they allow smoking resulting in second hand smoking for breakfast. There's no wifi. Towels are dingy. Door has a gap which allows unruly tourists noise and cigarette smells to come in. We requested early breakfast box the day before in the morning but we did not get any as the cook did not show up.
