"An old, classy hotel. Don’t know about the other rooms, but ours was small as such hotels often offer. Staff was exceptionally helpful. Both restaurants were great. Had a strange problem on our last morning where both hot and cold water in the bathroom were running scalding hot. The engineer had to come and “drain the system“ in order for us to take normal showers. Apparently something that can happen on very hot days for a certain group of rooms. Other than that, a very nice day."

"Location is convenient, but background noise from I-87 might be a problem for light sleepers. Room/bathroom was very clean; Maria at the front desk is wonderfully accommodating; breakfast is hot, with nice options (scrambled eggs, pancakes, French toast, hash browns, sausage, bacon); walkable to downtown."

"This could be a nice quiet motel if they cleaned it up,having mouse traps and ant traps in the room along with no garbage can ,sheets for curtains and no drinking cups didn’t sit well. The bed had 2 flat pillows and had to drive out for coffee. The only nice thing was the bed was clean at least."

"Place very clean ,have been there multiple times. The front lady one working day shift she need to bee more helpful and nice to guest. Beside the place is very good for the price. And the air A/C noise is an issue."

"Handicap parking was hard. I needed a handicap room but it was not a shower, a tub, which I could not use."

"We stayed for a night as a roadtrip spot so can’t speak to the amenities, but the room was fine - not great, not bad. It was clean and comfortable, but definitely showing its age. The bathroom was pretty sad, with weak water pressure and a tub that wouldn’t drain well. Unfortunately it wasn’t a step above the usual roadside hotel."

"We liked the property.The room could us an updating.Furniture was chipped in many places.and there was grease on rhe furniture.Hotels is in a good location to take walks on the trail to the water.Staff were very nice and helpful."

"This is a section 8 motel with few rooms to book. Our room looked like it was out of the 70’s and smelled like an old aquarium! They have fashioned window air conditioners in the plate glass window for the room as the interior unit doesn’t work! The room was dark and dreary! We found out that this used to be a “hot sheets” motel! You need to ask permission from the front desk to use the pool as there is no lifeguard and a strict schedule. We will not be staying there again!"

"The property is old/dated/in poor repair totally unlike any other Hampton Inn that I have stayed at. My ac unit was squeaking and when I called the front desk to see if we could change rooms the front desk told me to stay in the same room because if I switched to another room the ac may not work as well. Time to put some money into the place or close. You give Hampton Inn a bad name."

"I’m very disappointed with our stay. We’ve stayed here many times over the years and have never had a negative experience, which makes this visit especially disappointing. I’m not sure if it’s related to the ResortPass guests, but people were arriving as early as 8:00 a.m., placing towels on lounge chairs, and then leaving for hours without ever using the pool. As a result, there were virtually no chairs available for guests who were actually at the pool. To make matters worse, this morning...
