"Booked the room late in evening checked with staff by calling before and late checkin was ok but was not informed that was not able to pay. Security deposit is cash (even offer d up to $600 cash) so when got to hotel was to can't stay and even tho prepaid for room thru Expedia was told no. And to deal with Expedia to try and get refunded for the room... Was a good thing KINGS MOTEL next door was able to take us that time of the nite .. staff was rude about the whole ordeal.. and now have to wait up to 10days to get refunded by Expedia for the stay we booked and paid for ..."

"I wasn’t overly impressed with this hotel. The location is close to amenities and it has a secure parking garage which I appreciated especially given the downtown location. The bed wasn’t comfortable, We ordered room service.The food we ordered was lukewarm and very bland. The hotel accepts pets but it’s in a terrible location if travelling with a dog. There are no grassy areas close to the hotel. Riverside Park is a great location nearby but dogs aren’t allowed. "

"Bed was comfy with soft pillows. Grandson swam in pool which was fine. Was okay for the night snd had a good sleep. Bagged breakfast consisted of juice box, muffin, yogurt and banana."
