Gave us a map, gave us the best tips as to where to go, what to see near the hotel as far as landmarks and times! He also helped us set up transfers and went above and beyond! The hotel is beautiful! I had the most beautiful room! The view was beyond expectations and the sunset view was amazing!"

"we had some problems with our shower flooding on day one but maintenance crews were there right away, also had trouble with hot water in the shower (a lack thereof) but I guess that 's to be expected on a island with delicate plumbing.
