"For Downtown Seattle, the property was great. Clean, nice staff and good food. The rooms were nice and the beds comfy. However, we did not have hot water in our rooms, and the staff did not offer any solutions or an any kind of credit. For the amount of money we paid, I would expect at least something, but I had to ask.
To top it off, the valet service mixed up vehicles. The attendant was apologetic and we got our car and went about our way. I knew parking was spendy but unbeknownst to me, they...

"Came to go on a cruise for a one night stay- it was great spot to be close to everything but unfortunately did not have a shuttle to the hotel or the cruise terminal and Ubers and Lyfts in the area are very pricey. They do have a heated pool inside which is definitely a nice touch, and the staff were super friendly. Very historic feel and the rooms could use some updated deep cleans but overall was a good stay"

"I booked this hotel early in the year. When we arrived, my daughter and sons-in-law room was ready and ours wasn't. So we put our luggage in their room and went for food and exploring. We came back around 4:00 and they said our room wasn't ready yet, and 10minutes. We came back a half hour later and it was finally ready around 5:30. Lots of people came in after we came in and their rooms were all ready and ours still wasn't. All we got was excuses from the staff."
