"Our room had a very bad odor. The chair arm was broken. I asked for a different one. Went out for a few hours. Came back. Was told that there weren’t any. I asked if the motel was full, and if not, they could switch one out. The young lady got one out of a possible storage room. It was very dirty. She didn’t clean it. That arm was not safe either - screw was coming out. I think all chairs need replaced."

"We had a handicapped suite with the no curb shower. The curtain needs to be a little longer as the shower sprayer went onto the floor."

"Staff was nice and professional, the room was clean, the water pressure in the shower if I could give it a minus 50 I would we pretty much had a little more than a trickle to shower with and lastly I chose not to indulge in the breakfast because another family member that was with us went and said it wasn't worth going downstairs for so I skipped it."

"The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. There was a noise coming from the AC unit in our room, the maintenance person came to check it out quickly but told us there was nothing they could do. Fortunately the noise stopped, other than that the hotel was very quiet."

"Breakfast is always the highlight of my stay at this hotel. Parking is convenient. There was only one problem. The cleaning staff missed a sock on the floor from the previous occupants."
