"There are not a lot of great hotel choices in Delta, but this is the best! Very quiet and comfortable."

"When we arrived the toilet would not flush without pushing on the float inside the tank. There was no water in the tank. After it filled it would flush. This happened 3 more times while we were there. The window was open on one side & the screen was broken. There was a black stain on one of the sheets. The ice maker was not working. The breakfast had very little to offer. No fruit or juice at all."

"Reservation from Expedia were not received so I had to pay again and have not received a refund from either one"

"Hotel was recently renovated which was the only plus. The room we got was missing furniture (arm chair) and staff was unable to locate another chair. Light on one side of bed could not work because there was not outlet for it to be plugged into. Not a single USB charging port anywhere in the room which given today's use of rechargeable electronics is unacceptable. Will not be staying there again and wouldn't recommend it."

"Rooms trash was not emptied from previous guests, parking lot filled with sketchy junkies roaming around asking me if I wanted to smoke up with them. Room had multiple broken lights, shower was still wet with hair in it, shower head is broken. Breakfast is just 1 item you can grab and go, I didn’t even bother trying to get anything, wanted to leave asap. Type of hotel where you have the gun out on the nightstand while you sleep."

"I was charged for my partners service animal. I informed them i had a service dog and they told me it was an extra $10 I reiterated it was a service animal, and that it is illegal to charge more. I did not offer paperwork and it was never requested. They did not ask me if it was trained to assist someone with a disability or what the disability was. They told me i had to pay extra or lose the room. I told them this was against the law and the response was negative. Then i was told to pay the...

"Not clean. Hair from previous guests all over the bathroom. Shower had no hot water (this was fixed once I contacted the front desk from my cell phone because the room phone was broken). Overall, it was rundown and I feel like I overpaid even though it was the least expensive option available. "

"There were a lot of shady people standing around outside. It was so dark you couldn't see the numbers on the doors."

"Newly renovated retro motel. The room was clean, the beds were new, and the shower was nice and hot. Very good value for the price, too. Location is great for walking to different restaurants and bars."

"Location close to NP. Good for a quick stay at cheap price. Drainage in bathroom was not so efficient and towels and bed sheets had stains on it. It smelled clean when coming in but clearly not feeling clean per se. Good when on a very tight budget, otherwise I would recommend spending more to a better place. Staff was very friendly."
