"Communication was very poor. All staff spoke very little English and we had a very strange and unprofessional check in process. We were given very little information and the staff at the reception area to our building were only there for a couple of hours first thing in the morning. There were very few food options, and it was either excessively expensive for a buffet or very standard food at a separate restaurant. "This place is high end luxury without the price tag, my family and I booked 4 rooms for 3 nights and there wasnt 1 issue. Private beach, shuttle service rooftop pool, a large playground for my daughter( this wasnt included with the room but was on the property, very cheap and convienient). The hotel hasva strange design so every room has a partial ocean view, f you ge a room on the outside your view is spectacular, if your room is on the inside then you may ave to position your head just right...
