"Room was clean. Breakfast fell short of expectations. The yogurt machine never worked during our entire 4 night stay. The (1) pancake maker constantly either broke down or ran out of batter. Might get 2-4 very small pancakes. The lines for the pancakes gets long. My family's just said forget it one of those mornings and went next door to the Donut Hole for breakfast."

"This "resort" was no resort. The room we booked was barely big enough for the bed, let alone walking around it. The bathroom was tiny. The TV didn't work. We spent one night because it was a very late arrival. The next morning, there was nowhere to get breakfast at the "resort" and we didn't have a vehicle.
We requested a refund for the other 4 nights we had booked, and they apparently gave it to us. I have a receipt for the refund, but I have not received it to our bank account.

"Place was awesome-very old Florida vibe. Fantastic location and very tidy. Would have loved a fan option. The only reason 3 stars is our neighbors were obnoxiously drunk, so only a few hours of sleep. Had we not shared a common area, would have probably been fine. Will try staying again b/c place was super cozy-just bad neighbors."

"I would have rated all 5 stars but my room had a very hard mattress and a unit that made a noise. However, I was moved to another room and treated very well. Staff at this facility is top notch. All were very professional and friendly. Rooms were clean. My second room had a comfortable bed. Free breakfast had good selections. Highly recommend Marriot TownePlace Suites."

"It was good overall. Excellent location and comfortable condo. I just wish there was another shower on the second level. The shower downstairs was small and too wet for a larger group to take several showers in a row. Overall we had great time. Beautiful beach and nice clean pool. Loves the couch with massage chairs. "The property itself was absolutely wonderful! It was within walking distance of a wonderful restaurant and it was a very clean, quiet and updated condo. We loved it! And would definitely go back again. Our only drawback was we had to call the management five times because our code would not work for our door. They were very prompt each time in attempting to get it corrected but it did take 5 calls. "
