"After a bit of hassle checking in, we enjoyed our stay. The rooms are basic, but clean and spacious and the pool/tiki bar area relaxing. It’s an easy walk anywhere in town, so the location is perfect. We had a great breakfast selection that we weren’t expecting. And, the breakfast staff were really friendly - thank you for smiling at 6am!"

Back view of water ,really,really cool...out by the island the tour was visiting Manatees(April)Male server at restaurant was very nice and efficient..The port was no exception, being from the Gulf, the most breathtaking Sunsets ever,happen there the swim w manatee was good til they gave us a chance to swim at 3 sis Spg...thrill of my life ,another world !"

"This property (although run down) was so much fun. Your room overlooks the water and we saw a momma and baby manatee right by the retaining wall. The restaurant was incredible with more amazing views. Food and drinks were top notch. We loved having everything we needed in one spot. There is construction next door, and it looks like they are about half way finished, but we enjoyed the charm of a simple two story hotel. The shower head was very low and the pillows were a bit flat, but the benefits outweighed the negatives. It was inexpensive and checked the box for us."

"It is a beautiful place. The room was spotless and extremely comfortable. It came with everything we needed like kitchen essentials and shampoo and stuff. The decoration was nice too. Location was incredible, close to a shopping area and super close to the lake and nature preserves for manatees. Manager was super kind and helpful. 100/10 would come here again"
