"I was looking for a hotel with a pool, bar and restaurant. and booked The Ramada by Wyndham. Do to a lot of negative reviews I almost cancelled. We are so glad we didn't. This is a great hotel and did not have any problems discussed in the negative reviews. If you are planning a trip to Venice Beach give this property a try you will be glad you did..Next time we are in the area will are staying here again."

"This property was a perfect getaway. You are literally right on a private beach. Nokomis beach is right down the road or beach. North jetty for fishing. We saw manatees swimming right down the beach. This was an amazing stay in an amazingly beautiful area of south Florida. I cant wait to return. My only regret is not staying here longer."

"We stay in hotels around the beaches quite a bit and this one has been my least favorite. The location is in a weird intersection that is difficult to get in and out of.
