"Enjoyed the hotel very much. The staff was wonderful. I arrived via train early and they accommodated storing luggage for a few hours. Any requests were met with enthusiasm and friendliness. When I left they packed a breakfast for me to go, as leaving early in the morning. The pool is wonderful! Very clean and refreshing. Staff do great job keeping grounds clean and the rooms clean and comfortable. Very much enjoyed this hotel. "

"The location is fantastic. The hotel is beautiful & very well maintained. The food at Ambrai restaurant was also very good. Staff was helpful. Only issue I had once was at dinner on Friday night when the restaurant got crowded & the intern waiters didn't coordinate my order well. Apart from that all good. "Cheated customer. Not same as shown on website and another family faced the same issue at the hotel and complained. Dirty, smelly no hygiene at all. Secondly, the Hotel no longer tie up with Expedia but the same is still reflecting on Expedia website which should be rectified as I faced too many issues at the Hotel. Thankfully all sorted by the relocations team. "
