Lovely stay - fast check in, great lunch in the restaurant and an even better breakfast was had. We got a b&b deal through Expedia which included a full continental breakfast for starters and then a hot meal. I had eggs Benedict and my husband had the full English. Very nice setting and outlook. Only downside is that the room gets very hot - had to use the fan all night. And then there were some noisy occupants above us who decided to put tv on around 2am!!

Jackie in the restaurant was brill. Super helpful and chatty. Ben greeted and welcomed us also which was great. Issue with a lack of available items on the menu to eat for dinner though.

All the staff were friendly, welcoming and efficient. Anything extra we asked for was provided immediately. Ben, in particular, was outstanding. We felt valued as customers and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean, the beds very comfortable and all the food was excellent. Being on a busy road, we were worried about noise but it was no problem at all and we slept soundly both nights. There was lots of parking and many blue badge spaces which we really appreciated. There is also a lovely beer garden with fantastic views. We will definitely stay here again.

I think the hotel is pretty,i like the rustic feel and furniture of the lounge/restaurant area. However the bedroom and bathroom can do with a modern , colourful,light and airy renovation. The bathroom is outdated ,I think they can update this. The staff can improve by being a bit more welcoming,friendly and warm. Sadly in my room,m was on the ground floor and I was able to hear everything happening upstairs, n on the main corridor,so it was rather hard to sleep. so the place needs thicker flooring.

Very accessible, staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Ben and Jackie! Breakfast was excellent and the room was, clean and well maintained and we would definitely come back.

Ben, Jackie and all the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Nice outdoor areas and good food. The hotel is conveniently located for a day at Redcar races. The parking was good as the car park is huge. The shower was somewhat disappointing as it was merely more than a trickle. Overall, a great weekend with family and friends, we booked 7 rooms.

Bar / restaurant staff are brilliant especially Dave who looked after us all night. The room was ok, bed was a little harder than I liked, have to point out the staines on the walls and ceiling it's not a good look. The water pressure in the shower was none existant apart from that the room was ok.

The room was beautiful and clean, beds were very comfy and thoughtfully laid out for a family with 2 small children. Further, our little girl experienced some sickness during the evening and the beautiful lady on reception was so helpful and understanding bringing us new bedding and a jug of water. Will definitely stay again!

Rooms and outside facilities need updating and decorating. Outside tables and patio needs regular cleaning and sweeping. But Ben and all his staff were helpful, attentive and friendly.

En general es una súper agradable experiencia el alojarse en este hotel. El registro lo hice en en el lobby. Sencillo y fácil, pues tienen lista tu habitación al llegar. Mi registro fue excelente atención y amabilidad de sus funcionarios. La habitación muy acogedora, agradable, limpia con vista al estacionamiento. El baño estaba impecablemente limpio y ordenado. La habitación muy limpia y la ropa de cama blanca sin olores. El baño muy limpio, con toallas y blancas sin olores. Excelente comida, quedamos satisfechos y encantados por lo delicioso des sus platos. Disponen de bar con precios razonables. Amplio estacionamiento en dos zonas. Observamos que los asociados están felices de trabajar en ese hotel, demostrando una actitud cordial, tratando a los clientes con respecto y cortesía. Si tengo la oportunidad de volver a visitarlo, 💯x💯que me alojaría de nuevo. Si se da esa posibilidad sin duda lo haría. Ningún problema durante mi estancia. Me gusto pues se logra descansar al estar alejado de la ciudad y pueblos.

Stayed for one night whilst touring around North Yorkshire. Whilst the place itself feels a little remote, it is within easy reach of the pretty villages & coastline. The room was clean, quiet & the food was good (had both an evening meal there & breakfast). Plenty of parking. Would definitely stay there again.
