"Location, location, location. This hotel was within walking distance to Hollywood walk of fame. The front desk staff was amazing the lady serving breakfast was so nice and accommodating."

"The room smells like cigarette. And the odour stayed throughout my 3 nights stay. The hot shower was tricky and once i have managed to get hot water, the water became weak. Parking was USD 30 per day. No laudromat nearby. The TV in the room was nice. Location is convenient as it took less than 5 minutes walk to the walk of fame, diners, Mcdonalds and Starbucks."

"This hotel is a beautiful oasis, when you are there you don't feel like you are in the middle of bustling Hollywood. It has a unique old Hollywood charm and the pool area is probably the best in Los Angeles. If you can get a poolside cabana room I highly recommend it. We really enjoyed our stay here"

"Very beautiful!! Great location!! We were not given a run around or tour of the place or given the treatment everyone else staying there got. My now fiancé had asked beforehand if he proposed there in LA if we would be given anything and they told him we would be given a free bottle of wine. The day we got engaged, 7/1, we told the front desk staff, showed the engagement ring and they congratulated us and told us they would definitely give us something special. "The property was fun and whimsical. Definitely a boutique style hotel. The staff was super helpful and friendly! If you are used to large hotels like Hilton, Sheraton, Marriott, etc., this is not it. But it is still very nice. They had vallet services also which was nice. Great location. Short walk to Hollywood Blvd and the Hollywood walk of fame. It is also walking distance to fun restaraunts and cute shops. Clost to freeway access as well!!"

"Breakfast is good but credit usage is not clear. We’ve asked some explications but we were surprised at the end when we received the invoice. Be careful, parking isexpensive (maybe due to the location), valet is mandatory. Rooms are quite big but without any charm."

"The location was close and within walking distance to shopping and eating and catching one of the open air tour bus business. It was clean and breakfast had a good deal of options and was good. Pool was nice as well. Parking wqs expensive."
