"We stayed here through our timeshare RCI. Our friends also stayed and booked through hotels.com. Our room was a little run down but theirs was very nice. They were greeted with a welcome basket but we received nothing in our room. Disappointed that it felt like we were treated differently because of our timeshare booking. The breakfast and dinner was wonderful. We were never disappointed with the food or the staff. The staff was very accommodating and helpful."

"Hard to find property. Driver we got they hotel dropped us off and gave us wrong directions from hotel( told us it was number 53: it was 33). Our shower would not drain and flooded bathroom. Limited hours of hotel staff( check in girl was nice) location was perfect."

"While I have nothing negative to say about the property itself, the location was extremely concerning. It is situated on what felt like a very unsafe street, right next to the train terminal, where there were many people who made us feel uncomfortable. During our stay, my brother was chased by a 4 strangers, assaulted, and had his phone stolen. After that, we were too afraid to walk anywhere. We also had someone attempt to look through the main door, which made us feel even more unsafe. The...
