"We stayed in the Bootlegger cabin, which was somewhat detached and nicely secluded from the other cabins. The place was immaculate, and had all of your household needs- everything was in top shape and perfect working order. The area around the unit was genuinely perfect. The only thing here that needs to be made clear to other visitors is that there is a highway nearby. When it’s quiet, it’s very quiet, but at the busier points in the day it can be a little noisy. "The property is especially quiet, with deer wandering all around. The rooms are quite clean and comfortable. Paz, the owner, fixes wonderful breakfasts and is very personable and helpful! We have stayed here before and will again! Love it!"

"Stayed one night after a day of hiking. Hotel has a rich history dating back to the late 1800’s, so I could really appreciate the efforts taken to preserve the authenticity of the building. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and enjoyed the stay. Owner was very nice and accommodating, and really enjoyed our conversation about the hotel. It is within walking distance to Main Street to access casinos and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again."
