Nice place. This has an upstairs bedroom, a mini kitchen, a small dining area, and even a washing machine. Very nice place to relax with a nice view of a portion of the skyline

stayed there for 3 weeks.first thing to point out this is not really and apartment you can use for catering.you have use of a fridge and a micro wave.was going to check out but girl on reception was very nice to give us a and electric hob to use and an elecric pan, water was given every day about 6 bottles.daily house cleaner.give her a big hand she was very good. location excellent couldnt be better. reading rest of revievs on hear i didnt beleave what they were saying about the lifts. but boy are they right.the hours between 4pm and 8pm are a nightmare.be prepaired to fight to get on lifts.there are three lifts one for every floor one for even numbers and one for odd floors.there is a service opposit the main lifts,suggest useing it down side of this its a bit smelly so most people avoid it,i used it most of the time,you may come across the same pictures for the different hotel names thats because they use the same building,seems like four different companys use the same building so all use the same pictures.theres a curtain rail on the top floor bedroom for privacy.only downside to going to toilet in middle of the night downstair if useing bedroom can see you. hotel might want to invest putting a curtain rail at the bottom aswell so as to give more privacy the is no english chanels to watch on tv.so unless you can understand Chinese not much point,wife in room was ok but again can get what you really want anyway unless you have private vpn,might want to invest in sim card

Walking distance to shops- Beware of slow lifts which are crowded. Also there are lifts that get to another street level exit. If you are elderly there are steps to the bedroom. Bedrooms are upstairs in the apartment. Bathrooms are downstairs.

3 or 3.5 out of 5. Would be a solid 4 if hygenie condition is improved. Facilities are very nice. The 2-floor design is also very special and rarely find in other hotel/inn. Beds are just OK - a bit too hard for my preference. The cleaniness level is what ruined everything. On 2nd night there are 3 cockroaches found around the floor of the kitchen. This is quitr unbelievable since they have cleaned the room at that morning. Overall, the experience is fair and I am somewhat dissatisfied about the hygenie condition. For the price I may look into the competitors next time as well.

名實不符

所謂兩房有点取巧, 由於樓底高,加建樓梯變成閣樓,其實只是一間房, 在樓梯旁加一張床就叫兩房, 間格沒有到頂，下面電視聲傳上去，根本不可能入睡。公寓電梯入口標示難找，在商塲轉一圈也找不到，結果要等商塲的1、3号電梯上15樓辦理入住手續，才知道有6、7、8号電梯。

剛巧她幫我upgrade了一間大的，，2張兩人床加1張單人床....太大了。除了wifi不能算可用的，沒有其他了。整潔度還是可以的

不潔且充滿床虱bed bugs的公寓

首先，地址就在北京路步行街附近，地點方便。可是，公寓的接待處位於15樓一個小小的單位內。要找到上去的電梯已經很不容易。進到位於23樓的房間后，發現窗口並沒有關穩，要去關才發現根本就已經壞了沒辦法關穩。房間廁所乾濕分離，可是乾的方面卻非常的不乾淨，地上好像有很久沒人住過的灰塵。房間租了三天，床非常硬，也忘了給我該給的毛巾等。第二天起床，發覺整個手腳跟背部都有紅點，非常癢。一開始以為廣州的蚊子那麼厲害，後來回國后我的醫生朋友才告訴我是被床虱bed bugs咬的。浴室的下水道非常有問題，每一次洗澡后都會淹水，要一下子水才會從下水道退去。接下來公寓的打掃也是馬虎了事，非常有問題。退房是在早上6.30左右，把問題告訴店家，卻只換來一句“ok”。這樣的爛住宿，是我在hotels.com遇到的，最有問題的一家了。請大家注意。我現在那些虱子咬的傷口還在癢，想被床虱“溫柔”照顧的話就儘管去吧（mad）

房間很舒適，挑高空間讓人很放鬆，地點也很方便。 以下幾點建議改進： 1.床墊很硬，支撐度不佳，以至於睡起來不舒服。 2.沙發座墊太軟，支撐度不佳，以至於坐起來不舒服。 3.希望可以提供電磁爐、簡單鍋具，以方便簡易烹煮食物。

convenient but shabby - there are better options

This was a distinctly average experience - there are fat better apartments in Guangzhou. Amongst the problems - window wouldn't close, bathroom lock was hanging off when we arrived, the floors were hard and unpleasant to walk on, the heating didn't work and the sofa was uncomfortable. As a consequence of the lock problem on the bathroom door we couldn't use the bathroom and took 1.5 hours before someone dealt with it. Lots going on nearby but overall ... avoid.

Spacious room

Lifts are slow and not all the lifts go to the hotel rooms. We arrived at around 8pm and our room was not ready. We waited for more than 40 minutes. There was no toilet paper on the first day, no floor mat on the second day, and the hand towels were not changed on the third day. But overall the room itself is good, spacious. We had a two bedroom delux appt.
