Phantastischer Service und Komfort. Das Personal super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Küche bekommt einen Extra Stern - Das Frühstück Buffet ist sehr reichhaltig aber für Europäer ein bisschen ungewohnt.

厚街で最高な酒店！

厚街近郊では最高なホテルではないでしょうか。 部屋にもよりますが、綺麗で景観も最高。成功者になった錯覚を起こすくらいです！ 是非30階以上に宿泊をお勧めします。朝食も上層階は36階のラウンジでゆっくり採れました。 プール＆ジムも清潔でオフもホテルでゆっくり過ごすことができました。

If you want to get Salmonella stay here!!

Hotel is lovely, but I ordered room service one night and was served some raw chicken wings! After being severely sick the following day I made a complaint. The management felt it sufficient to offer me a free £20 buffet! What a joke! to make matters worse on the last day of my stay while having dim sum for breakfast I discovered a raw dumpling! This time I was lucky enough to not eat it. Again I showed the staff, again I complained but they clearly didn't care!

nice place for relaxing after an hard business day

I travel a lot and I use to stay in many hotel using hotels.com or accor hotels. So I have the chance to experience many of them. This hotel is wonderful. It is a pity i couln't get the chance to enjoy all service, just relax in my wide room with a nice steam room. Surel i will be back

The room was big and spacious. The bed was hard in the Elite king, when mentioned to the front desk, I was told all Elite King rooms were this way and needed to upgrade to get softer bed. This hotel has many restaurants but the food in all of them were average. Getting a taxi at the hotel is very expensive and the hotel overcharges for this service. The duty manager who says his name is Sooku that does not wear a name badge, not of Chinese descent and speaks clear English was very rude. If you have a problem don’t expect him to help you. Best stay at the Sheraton across the street.
