It is a very cool castle! Staff was not helpful. Coffee was goodbut the french toast was not cooked.

I traveled with 7 girlfriends, booked 4 rooms for 1 night each room. All 4 rooms needed to be updated, first room the door knob didn't work. Second room, wood floor was in a very bad condition, toilet paper holder broken, several light switches loosen. Very old beds and linens. Old and noisy AC mini split unit.

La habitación en general bien, sugiero más mantenimiento a los baños, en ratos hay muy mal olor del desagüe, la regadera ya está un poco tapada por el sarro y en las noches no caía el agua muy caliente. Nunca pudimos conectarnos al internet, la señal es muy bajo y en la actualidad es indispensable la red y sugiero tener al menos una máquina dispensadora de cafe en la entrada, así como algunos productos de uso básico. El día 25 de diciembre la srita. Que le tocó estar en la recepción la encontramos dormida en la mañana y tuvimos que despertarla para solicitarle un taxi, además de ser poco atenta en la atención personal y vía telefónica. La presencia y la amabilidad es muy importante para el huésped. Pero en general fue una gran estancia. Gracias!

Muy buen exterior sin embargo las habitaciones están demasiado rusticas, incómodas y austeras. Horrible interior, muebles viejos y camas durísimas. Los empleados no sabes informar de la historia del castillo. Jamás vuelvo. Pague 3 noches y solo me quedé una, de lo feo e incómodo que se siente y está todo.
