Disappointing Service Despite Nice Facilities
I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected. While the facilities are pleasant and the location is convenient, the service provided by the staff was extremely poor.
From the moment I arrived, I felt unwelcome. The front desk staff were indifferent and unhelpful, and things only went downhill from there. The waiters at the restaurant were rude and inattentive, making me feel like I was bothering them just by ordering. The valet parking attendant during the night shift was also particularly unpleasant, treating guests with a surprising lack of courtesy.
It’s clear that many of the employees are not happy in their roles and have little understanding of what customer service means. Their attitude significantly impacted my stay, and sadly, overshadowed the hotel’s physical appeal.
It’s a real shame to see such a lack of professionalism in a place that otherwise has potential. Due to the poor service I received throughout my stay, I would not return to this hotel.
