A very unique hotel with great amenities and friendly staff.
The property is located very central to everything and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is very modern and well kept. This is my second time staying here and I definitely recommend to anyone coming to Guadalajara.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The room I had was older and needed an update but the bed was comfy and clean and it was very quiet. I felt safe and secure. Didn't have time to stroll the area but it seemed very quiet and walkable. Service at breakfast was exceptional and quality of the free breakfast was excellent although the selections were limited.
Small rooms, but very comfortable. Nice blend of modern and classic.

great vibe, ragged rooms.
The property had a very nice vibe and the outdoor and common spaces in the lobby are very welcoming. However the rooms are really dated and the furniture is in very bad shape. The bed was pretty comfortable but the linens were not nice. I think this probably was a terrific hotel 20 years ago and will be again when it the powers spend some money on updating the rooms.
What an amicable, accommodating, and overall spectacular staff. From the front desk, waiters, bartenders, and attendants- all were consistently gracious. We stayed on the 7th floor and I will say that we could still hear a good amount of street noise, which we didn’t mind (that’s travel for ya). The neighborhood is a bit on the sleepy side, but it is very close to excellent restaurants, hip wine bars, coffee shops, and tacos!
Great hotel with very friendly staff. The street noise can be very loyd at night. If you have a room facing the afternoon sun the room takes a while to cool down. I recommend better insulating curtains, fans in the room, and to lower the room temperatures before check in so it is not so warm for rooms facing the afternoon sun.
It’s not equipped for wheelchair use
Aside from that I’ve stars the last three times I’ve visited Guadalajara for work and I always get the same room number even though I’ve asked several times not to bock me in room 402.
The location was perfect, walking distance to all the great restaurants and in a safe neighbourhood. The style of the hotel was lovely and we had a beautiful room with a view! Great pool & spa too!
The service was great! Everyone was very friendly.
The location is also amazing, its an beautiful area in Guadalajara close to great restaurants and bars
Uniquely beautiful historic property with luxurious amenities, located in lovely quiet, leafy neighborhood, with most helpful staff who arranged excellent tour guides and drivers and offered valuable travel tips. Highly recommend!
In my trips I always look for a nice and comfortable place to stay, casa habita is one of them. I’ve been in CDMX and GDL, both of them are in great location and have wonderful service. Thank you and congratulations.
