Property is in nice location so I figured I will give it a try first night was excellent but the second night they had a party going by the pool till 1:30 am with loud music and drinking so you can imagine what kind of night it was didn’t rest at all that night the 3rd night was quiet …. But I was already upset about the night before

Me dieron habitación al parecer con coc@ín@ y sucia. Reservé 4 habitaciones, las 4 sucias, con pelos, olor a cigarro, cobijas sucias y con pelos. LA CAMA MUY MUY DURA, unas no servía la puerta otra el lavamanos. Muchos huéspedes quejándose. No me hicieron válida la cancelación pero aún así me fui a otro hotel. Estéticamente bonito pero nadamas . Es una asquerosidad de hotel y servicio. No te engañes por las reseñas buenas, yo reservé 4 y todas estaban muy mal.

Terrible, NO hay agua caliente, debes de bañarte con agua fría, en recepción te dices que como son celdas solares es lo único que calienta

Se descompuso la chapa de la puerta de baño y me quedé encerrado tuvieron que romper la puerta para sacarme. Nos cambiaron de habitación y la puerta del baño estaba muy hinchada y costaba mucho trabajo abrirla y cerrarla.

El personal super amable, Alejandro muy amable, Toño siempre se la pasaba en el OXXO y el servicio de piscina estuvo hasta el último día de nuestra instancia, todo muy padre y cool, solo la falta de atención a la piscina, haría que no volviera al lugar
