"No me devolvieron mi dinero de un servicio que no me dieron. Pague un total de $6350 por 9 comidas, 2 tours al mirador, 2 caminatas a la cascada y 2 visitas viñedo que al final me inventaron una serie de pretextos para no dármelo , argumentando que me devolverían mi dinero. La chica de la recepción no quiso darme el estado de cuenta hasta no pagar las bebidas ($125), después quiso hacer las cuentas, me cobró de más. "The owner met us when we walk into the parking lot . He run a little restaurant across the street. He gave us an over on how to use the TV and heater (it was only 5 degrees Celsius in Creel. Told us morning coffee is free for us at his restaurant. The room had 2 double beds , a TV , clean shower and bathroom. If you just want a clean place to sleep , this is the place. It is in the middle of town. It was only $68 Canadian a night."

"The price was way to high for the condition of the hotel. The balcony door couldn't even close all the way, and the wind howled though all night long. Water stains on the ceiling. Definitely NOT a five star hotel! The only good thing is the view from the hotel."

"We wanted to love the place but unfortunately did not. This was not a good experience at all. The hotel is not as presented in the pictures. The person who was up at the desk the majority of my stay was rude and had an attitude all the time. We show up to our rooms & rooms were not even fully clean. We asked for a remote control for our room tv and had to remind them several times on different occasions and every time it was “we will put one in there” then I’d return at the end of the day to no controller. This was just not what we expected. The only positive thing was the food was decently good. "

"I had an inside room with no window. It was dark and the only way to get natural light was to open the curtain facing a sitting area--very exposed. The room temperature could not be regulated. There was no thermostat. It was uncomfortably warm and stuffy. No bottled water was provided as is customary in Mexico. "
