"Let us be clear on what this place is. This residence is a series of rooms which are the extensions to someone's house. The accommodations are simple in that you have bedroom, bathroom, tv, internet and maybe a kitchen. If you are ok with this setup, then this is a fantastic place to stay. "If you are trying to decide between the Marriott properties- this is definitely the best (more to open soon though). The beach is beautiful and there is great snorkeling if you follow the rope on the left side over the reef. We stayed in a split ocean view - incredible view. "We stayed at South Gap for 3 days after 2 weeks in the north of the island, looking to wind down before we flew home. Having stayed at several venues in previous years, South Gap Hotel is by far the best we've found. "The hotel was very affordable I loved the fact that it had a restaurant and bar and i didnt have to worry about walking far to find food. Mr Hal at the reception was exceptionally helpful and very kind during my stay. He made sure i was taken care of including getting me a taxi back to the airport on time. I really enjoyed my stay.
